I work where product
complexity cannot simply

Security controls, enterprise policies and technical architecture still need to exist. My job is to structure that complexity so people can understand what is happening, make confident decisions and complete critical tasks.
I started in visual design and moved progressively into interaction design, research, product strategy and enterprise UX. Most recently at Thales R&D, I designed Identity & Access Management and authentication products involving FIDO2, passwordless authentication, MFA, biometrics, credential lifecycle and complex administrator workflows.
I partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, Security specialists and QA from discovery through implementation. I have also built and mentored a global design team of 11 and contributed to reusable interaction patterns and design-system adoption.
I am currently open to Senior Product Designer and Lead Product Designer opportunities in the Netherlands and Europe, including relocation.

USER RESEARCH
As a product user researcher, I employ a range of effective methodologies, including persona research, ethnographic interviews, contextual enquiry, card sorting, and few other methods. These approaches allow me to gain invaluable insights into user behaviors and preferences, facilitating the creation of user-centered and successful products.I extensively utilize UXTweak and Optimal Workshop for my projects, leveraging their capabilities to gain valuable user insights and optimize the user experience.
